EasyJobs processes the information needed to provide personalized job monitoring. Private account information is not published as public website content or included in the public sitemap.

Information we process

Account identifiers supplied by Google or Microsoft sign-in, your email address, profile and search preferences, uploaded résumé content, generated match information, and operational records required to prevent duplicate notifications.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, derive and run job searches, evaluate potential matches, prepare optional curated résumé previews, deliver notifications, preserve your feedback, and maintain service reliability.

Storage and service providers

EasyJobs is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses configured email and AI service providers to perform requested features. Access to stored data is limited to the application components that require it.

Cookies and advertising

Essential cookies keep signed-in sessions secure and remember your theme. This site also displays ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
